Our 2017 Chateau d’Og Cabernet Sauvignon displays its youth in several ways. It has a delicate ruby color that’s not quite opaque and it’s a bit reserved on the nose. It opens to aromas of red plum, black cherry and violet. The flavors echo the aromas and are highlighted by the beckoning notes of dark chocolate. This Sonoma County Cabernet Sauvignon is medium-bodied, has tempered tannins and a long, luscious finish.
