7th Annual Dog Days of Summer Open House – August 6, 2011
Even though summer seems to be taking it’s time in coming to Northern California, we’re still going to open up the dog house and let the dogs out! Join us on Saturday, August 6th, from 11 am until 4 pm for our 7th Annual Dog Days of Summer Open House. (wow…. That would be our 49th annual event in dog years!)
This year will be special because we’ll be joined by our neighboring wineries, The Eastside Bunch, who will also be opening their doors to dogs and people alike. Mutt Lynch will be providing:
• Apps & Yaps (snacks for humans & goodies for the dogs for those of you not yet familiar with the way we bark)
• The super cool Hound Lounge
• Awesome Dog art
• New releases
• A tail-wagging good time
And wait,or.... STAY - there's more!
We will be un-leashing our brand new 2009 Muttitage and art label contest winner, Nancy Schutt will be on hand to put her paw print on each bottle sold. All the participating wineries will be welcoming dogs and their good humans, on leash, of course.
Tickets are $20 before August 4th, available online, by clicking here or $25 at the door. Yes, of course this is a charity event and a portion of the day’s proceeds will be donated to the Healdsburg Animal Shelter, our local shelter that has been helping homeless animals for over 50 years! (um…. That’s 350 years in dog years!!!)
