2009 - A Doggone Good Year!
Mutt Lynch Winery is proud to support local animal rescue organizations in their tireless efforts to save pets' lives. For us, the reason is simple - Finding Homes for Homeless Pets. In communities throughout the country, we try to partner with wine shops, restaurants and local animal rescue groups in support of their fundraising efforts.
In 2009, we actually started to keep track of our efforts. We are pleased to let folks know that we were able to support over 50 nonprofit animal organizations and were personally able to attend over 30 fundraising events. All told, over $30,000 in donations resulted from Mutt Lynch efforts. In the big scheme of things, our contributions are still only a drop in the bucket of the total support required, but we feel pretty good that it is a start.
Of course, we hope to double this support in 2010. Stay tuned for progress on how we are doing. In the meantime, we would like to send a collective THANKS to all the folks directly involved with their local animal rescue organizations needs. They are the true heroes and we salute their efforts.
