Unwooded equals “Unleashed”. Our Unleashed Chardonnay is all about “fruit jumping out of the glass”, like a dog jumping out of a vineyard! Get it? Brenda balances Chardonnay’s natural fruit character with two key winemaking steps - malolactic fermentation to soften the wine’s natural acidity and sur lie aging and stirring in tank to provide mid palette creamy richness.

Tasting Notes Aromas and flavors of peaches and cream, baked red apple and just a hint of honey define our Unleashed Chardonnay. The wine has a full entry with ripe fruit flavors followed by a soft yet crisp and creamy finish. And the drum roll please… no oak.

Food Pairing Notes Pasta in cream sauce rocks! Also Dungeness crab dipped in butter. Perhaps grilled chicken breast in a nice teriyaki marinade.

One of the best Chardonnays that i have tasted. So smooth. I will always keep a bottle of Unleashed in my wine collection.

I tried this wine because it's vegan. I normally shy away from wines with screw-tops instead of corks. This is not bad at all, especially for the price, and I will buy it again.

Time has passed since my last review (barbie) and this is still the best wine ever , it is soooo smooth I do find it hard to share but I do and even sent foo foo la blanc to my friend for het b-day last year!

Smooth, and flavorful.......got this wine in Massachusetts...as a "hand me down"....YUM....one of our favorites....Refreshing....and simply Delicous!! wish I could buy it locally!!! Try it! You'll love it......Great Job!

This Chardonnay is outstanding! Very smooth, fresh and clean finish. I bought a case, tasted it, then went back and bought two more cases. Thinking about getting more. I mean, you never can have too much of Brenda's Chardonnay. Hmmmm... Maybe I shouldn't be telling people that it is so good....

I loved this Chardonnay! I enjoy a Pinot Grigio, dry and crisp. This Chardonnay is very comparable and I will look forward to buying more.
